Upon receiving notification, perform necessary equipment services within 24 hours. If this time cannot be met, then arrangements must be made with a designated Commissary representative and an alternate time agreed upon. 6.2 Point of Contact (POC): The contractor or service organization will provide a Call Center to report maintenance issues and to schedule service calls. Reports at a minimum are to contain the trouble, the response time, parts used, total repair time, work order status, labor and material costs. This information is to be electronically contained in an Excel program format. 6.4 Spare Parts: The contractor shall locally stock the recommended manufacturer’s spare parts kit to service equipment as may be required. 6.5 Sustainability: Continued parts support for equipment is required for the projected total life cycle of the equipment plus 5 years.
