Brief Description
Trade finance is the heart of every business activity. The project attempted to find out how trade financing
is done. Trade finance in India comprises of financing against imports into India, export from India and
inland trade transactions. I learnt how to open different types letter of credit. The project helped me to
study the types of risks in international trade, examination of documents and the trade financing products
handled in India. UTI BANK has arrangements with over 200 major banks across the globe to receive
SWIFT messages. UTI BANK is an authorized dealer to send and receive remittances.
