Conditions for eligibility: - Certificate proving language competencies (click here for details: http://www.uaiasi.ro/index.php?lang=en&pagina=pagini/5_admission.html ) - Having study documents issued by education institutions acknowledged in the country of origin and recognized by the Romanian Ministry of National Education. The application file should contain the following documents: a. Application for the Letter of acceptance to studies (click to open: http://www.uaiasi.ro/ro/files/BRI/admitere-2014/Anexa-2A.pdf ). The form needs to be filled out completely in two copies and 2 photos; b. The Baccalaureate diploma or an equivalent – original copy and authenticated translation in two copies (translated if the original is in another language than English or French); c. Birth certificate – original copy and authenticated translation in two copies (if the original is in another language than English or French); e. Marriage certificate - if the applicant’s name changed after marriage; f. Copy of passport pages 1, 2, 3, 4 or an official ID valid at least 6 months after the date the letter of acceptance is issued; g. Medical certificate specifying that the candidate does not have any contagious diseases or any other diseases incompatible with the profession and proving the applicant’s health; h. Receipt for the file processing fee – see section 2 Note: - Documents in languages other than English or French must be accompanied by a certified translation in Romanian; - Documents belonging to applicants from non-EU countries first will be authenticated by the Romanian Embassy in the applicant’s country. 2. The candidates will send their files directly to the University who evaluates the files and sends the list of the proposed candidates and the documents of study to the Ministry of National Education – General Direction for International Relations. The General Direction for International Relations will issue the Letter of acceptance to studies and will send it to the University. 4. Candidates from non-EU countries must obtain the study visa from the Romanian Embassy in the country of origin which is granted based on the Letter of Acceptance issued by The General Direction for International Relations of the Romanian Ministry of National Education. Admission of the candidates from EU-third countries will be done within the limit of available seats and the ranking of the candidates is based on their average scores at the baccalaureate examination. The candidates declared admitted will confirm in writing, within 10 days, their decision to registrate and the tuition fee will be paid in accordance with GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE NO. 22/august 2009, approved by law No. 18 January 2010 6 and decision No. 151/29.05.2014.
