I powered the enclosure on to verify the components. I logged onto this controller and saved the profile
document. This document has the profile information for this enclosure only. I have attached the profile
document to the end of this report. The controllers, fans, and power appear to be working normally. There
were no unusual sounds.
Document cosmetic condition of asset. Include exterior and interior summary.
I did not see any damage to this enclosure.
Receiving and Storage Summary
Received the asset referenced in this checklist on 02-25-09. The asset was logged into the Inventory
Management System and stored in a climate controlled warehouse. A detailed component level inventory
