11. Wellness Coaching/ “lab analysis” companies:

Health Daignostic Laboratories

12.
Provant, Health Fitness, Take Care health (Walgreen’s):
o In terms of corporate wellness positions: yes Provant is very
legit. Other legit companies to look at: Interactive Health,
Health Fitness and Take Care Health (Walgreen's branch).
There are a bunch of others out there including health
coaching positions for Aetna, United Health Group and
Cigna. Are you wanting to stay in Charleston or is your
location flexible? I know there are a ton of health coaching
jobs out there for Aetna right now all over the country, I
interviewed for one but it was in NC and I cannot move
right now. Some hospital systems have an "occupational
health" program which is corporate wellness, however I am
finding from interviewing myself that the pay is significantly
lower than finding a job with a private company (like 50%
less) because they pay only based on experience and will
not negotiate. If you are interested in corporate wellness,
consider becoming a Certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist
as this RD/TTS combo is very attractive to companies, and
you could use your motivational skills from being an RD to
treat tobacco addiction as well. I think you can definitely
find something full time in corporate wellness, try using
indeed.com to search "corporate wellness" or "occupational
health" or even just "health coach."
