CURRICULUM VITAE Nancy Meisinger Nancy@HPA-Advisors.com 267-808-3696 PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY Nancy Meisinger brings more than 25 years of clinical and administrative experience to her work as a consultant with HealthPower Associates. She has a wide range of experience in a variety of settings including inpatient hospital, home care and hospice, outpatient clinics and offices. She has been very active in patient centered medical home transformations and has successfully guided numerous practices through the NCQA PCMH recognition process. Nancy also develops and presents educational sessions on the NCQA PCMH recognition process. Nancy is a Merck Faculty Speaker delivering over 60 talks on seven different talk topics in their “Topics in Healthcare Series” to a wide range of audiences throughout the U.S. Nancy served as an invited member on the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI) expert panel for their Comprehensive Primary Care Initiative. She was part of the Governors Office on Health Care Reform Chronic Care Collaborative in Southeastern Pennsylvania and currently serves on the Pennsylvania Chronic Care Initiative Multi -Region Steering Committee. Nancy is actively involved in development of transitions of care strategies and developing care management protocols. She provides consulting services that cover the full range of practice management issues including meaningful use, strategic planning, process improvement, implementation of healthcare information systems (EMR), and system/workflow redesign. She received her BSN from the University of Pennsylvania, School of Nursing, Philadelphia, PA, and her MBA in HealthCare from Alvernia University, Reading, PA. Nancy is also a Certified Chronic Care Professional and a Certified PCMH NCQA Content Expert.
