LOOKING FOR A CABIN IN THE WOODS
I am ready to manifest a long-standing dream: to take time off to write my next book as well as design my online courses.
As such, I am looking to rent a small, fully-furnished, winterized, reasonably priced cottage/cabin, for approximately 4 - 6 months (or more) beginning late September or early October.
Ideally it will be in a country setting in the woods, either on or within walking distance to water. A river would be my first choice. It could be close to Victoria, i.e. Duncan, Cowichan Bay or one of the gulf islands.

LAW OF THE WILD SAYS KILL ONLY WHEN YOU ARE HUNGRY
Photographer Michel Denis-Huot, who captured these amazing pictures on safari in Kenya 's Masai Mara in
October last year, said he was astounded by what he saw.
"These three brothers (cheetahs) have been living together since they left their mother at about 18 months old," he said.
"On the morning we watched them, they seemed not to be hungry, walking quickly but stopping sometimes to play together.
At one point they met a group of impala who ran away. But one youngster was not quick enough and the brothers caught it easily."
