JOB RESPONSIBILITIES IN M/S Bosch Chassis System I Ltd.




In-process quality control of Drum Brakes, and Brake Booster Assy.
Making quality gates at final inspection and monitoring data.
Preparing improvement projects on process based & quality gates data.
Daily rejection analysis and decide the actions in morning meeting.
 To do problem solving at supplier end for the defects observed at Bosch..
 Review quality issues and 8D actions at suppliers &with in the plant and follow up
closure of 8D actions.
 Evaluation of filled 8D reports.
 Monitoring of Self and subordinates KPI's.
 Holding daily, weekly & monthly quality meeting to review the process.
 Ensuring 100% compliance of Bosch rule (1,2,14,60 ) to solve problem.
 Avoiding hypothetical statement in root cause finding process.
 Ensuring proper documentation against defect occur at customer.
 Conducting CFT meeting and monitoring the all steps of 8D decipline.
 Conduct audits in-house–Process Audit, Product Audit and System Audit.

Supplier Rejection Average PPM reduced 50000 PPM to 500 PPM.
