In 2012 we will launch the ‘CSR Marketplace’ at our Summit in Beijing. The aim of the ‘CSR Marketplace’ is to foster a wider collaboration between businesses and non-profit organizations (NPOs), social enterprises and foundations in Asia.
The ‘CSR Marketplace’ is a 3-hour exhibition session on the 2 nd day of the Summit for NPOs, social enterprises and foundations to showcase innovative and sustainable business solutions for social and environmental challenges in
Asia. It is a unique platform for organisations to initiate contact with summit delegates, of which the majority are
CSR professionals, to develop partnerships. The free tabletop display will provide space for organisations to showcase their planned initiatives and interact with our delegates.
Applications are now open to NPOs, social enterprises and foundations to have a tabletop showcase at the 3-hour session. Participation in the CSR Marketplace is free. However, should you wish to attend the rest of the CSR Asia
Summit 2012 (the main conference and networking events) an admission fee will apply.

Successful organisations can bring pull-up stands and marketing materials for display at the session. Applicants are responsible for any additional costs such as shipping, purchase and transportation of information materials.
Criteria
1.
Legally registered non-profit organisations (NPOs), social enterprises or foundations
2.
A demonstrated commitment in CSR, sustainability, social and environmental issues
3.
Originating from countries in Asia or NPOs with programmes in Asia
4.
Able to provide at least one English speaking representative throughout the session
Submission Requirements:

Submission forms must be completed in full. Incomplete submissions will not be considered.

Submission forms must be completed in English. Submissions in other languages will not be accepted

Submissions demonstrating collaborations and partnerships with other groups/organisations/corporations will increase their likelihood of being accepted

Successful application will be offered one tabletop display only
