This course covers instruction in specific statutory law related to the workplace that includes Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), and Title VII. Students receive instruction in the appropriate procedural law used in the different forums in which employment law issues are litigated.
