____I'm ordering a tree for delivery, and I'm inside your delivery area. [We
deliver to: 97201, 97202, 97203, 97204, 97205, 97206 - but not south of Flavel,
97209, 97210- but not north of Vaughn, 97211, 97212, 97213, 97214, 97215,
97217, 97218, 97219- but not south of Taylors Ferry, 97221, 97223- but not south
of Taylors Ferry, 97225, 97227, 97232, 97239, (97229 FHHA residents only).] We
do not charge extra for delivery outside our delivery area- consider picking up and
returning a 5’ tree if you live outside our delivery area.
____I'm ordering a 5’ tree that I will pickup, Thursday 12/10/9, 4-6pm, and
return 1/2-3/10. (Pickup and return dates and times are flexible, email us to
discuss. For you to pickup & return your tree easily, we only offer our 5' trees,
(weighing around 50 pounds). The pickup and return location is a mile from the
downtown core of Portland. We'll email you a few days before the exact directions
and details.

can reselect your tree anytime, just email us if you see any new tree on the
website. Trees offered are planned to be finalized soon after Thanksgiving.)

Prices: If we receive your order before Halloween 10/31: $75 (For delivery in our
delivery area). $70 (If you choose to pickup & return your tree). Orders received
after 10/31- add $5 per tree.
A Separate deposit check of $20 per tree is required. Your deposit check will
NOT be cashed, we give your deposit check back to you when we get your tree
back. (If you plan to keep your tree, add $20 to your payment check and please
write “keeping” here __________ (so we know not to drive to your house after
New Years to get your tree, AND please write ‘keeping’ on your payment check that
has $20 added to it.) If you are ordering more than one tree you may combine the
twenty dollar per tree deposit total in one deposit check.

After you put your order in the mail, please send us an email to:
office@livingchristmastrees.org. In the email please say; "check is in the
mail", the name on the check, the size/kind of tree(s), and if it's for delivery
or if you'll pickup & return it. You will receive an email confirmation a few days
after we process your order. We also use your email address to send you a reminder
of our earlybird special next October.
