Greetings,
You have been identified as a potential vendor, business or organization in the area. Because of this, you are invited to submit an application to secure “first preference” status for the 2 nd annual Coteau des Prairies Health Care System Color the Day Pink Women’s Expo. Please submit your application by dropping it off at any CDP Health Care System location or mailing it to the CDP Health Care System by
August 15 th , 2014 for “first preference” status. Our community has multiple represent- atives for some of the direct sales companies so preference for the Expo will be given in the order that the applications are received.
After August 15 th the application process will become open to both local and non-local vendors. Applications submitted from August 16 th and thereafter, will be granted preference in the order that they are received. Please contact Heather or

COLOR THE DAY PINK IS AN EVENT HOSTED BY CDP HEALTH CARE SYSTEM IN CELEBRATION OF
WOMEN! IT WILL BE FILLED WITH A DAY OF SHOPPING, PAMPERING, FOOD, EXCITEMENT, AND
WELLNESS. WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO INCORPORATE WOMEN’S HEALTH AND WELL-BEING INTO YOUR
BOOTH SPACE IF APPLICABLE.
$25 FOR EACH 10X10 SPACE (EACH ADDITIONAL SPACE WILL BE $25/SPACE)
INCLUDES 1-8 FT. BANQUET TABLE AND 2 CHAIRS
WE ARE ALSO ASKING EACH VENDOR FOR A DONATION OF AN ITEM ($25 VALUE) TO CONTRIBUTE TO
THE RAFFLE DRAWING – PRIZES WILL BE COLLECTED AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION AND THE
DRAWINGS WILL BE HELD SEVERAL TIMES THROUGHOUT THE DAY.
PLEASE SUBMIT A PAYMENT OF $25 (MORE IF ADDITIONAL SPACE IS REQUESTED) WITH YOUR
