We are interested in improving and formalizing the marketing/PR opportunity with our
grants and events.
a)
If a grant is awarded, describe how your organization will promote the Chestnut
Hill Community Fund (CHCF) in your online and PR/marketing and at the event (e.g.,
clear mention that the event is sponsored by CHCF on your website and pre- and post
event coverage, CHCF logo on your event postcard, mention of the CHCF in your event
booklet and signage, mention of the CHCF on your website / event website / social
media, etc.). If practical, this should also include having a Fund Drive Trustee or
other representative saying a few words at your event and an information table.
b)
Where possible for physical improvements to the neighborhood, a permanent placard
noting a fixed improvement (e.g., a bench in a park, garden, statute, etc.) is desired as a
lasting gift to the community versus just landscaping; so please describe how this can be
accomplished.
c)
Additionally, note if you would be willing to send an email blast to your membership and
board members about the CHCF fund drive appeal during the November-February
timeframe to help us expand our reach.
d)
Are you able to provide a short video clip and photos post-event that we could use for a
year in review highlight piece?
Please note what dates (note two – preference and alternative) during which you wish to
review your grant application with the CHCA Fund Drive Committee. These sessions will
last approximately 15 minutes. Available days include: Tuesday, February 3, 10, 17, and 24.
Sessions will run from 7:00-8:30 p.m. at the CHCA office. Your time will be provided to you in
late January. (Note: Internal CHCA programs will be reviewed at a separate time to be
announced.)
