ARTOS® ANDRITZ Kufferath stretching frame construction consist four sided of
square hollow profiles and x medium bars consists of square hollow profiles,
length (max.) 15,000 mm, width (max.) 3,500 mm. The frame construction has to be
realized to that the following mesh installation description, a linear extension of
min. 50 mm can be absorbed by the total frame construction due to a mechanical
tensioning up to the total length mentioned above. Due to the tensioning device the
seated mesh panel has to be tensioned up to fully flatness. The pretension has to be
selected that all wind loads, material extension due to variations in temperature and
dynamical deformation caused by mounting, the fully flatness of the mesh is not
affected.
Profiles: closed frame 100/100/6 mm, max. 15,000 mm x max. 3,500 mm steel S235,
Medium bars square hollow profile 100 x 60 mm length ca. 3,300 mm.
Attention of the frame sizes on delivery and mounting, if necessary delivery of the
frames in single components and construction on site screwing, including all necessary
bolted connection, push pads, drill holes, long holes etc.
Including fixing clamps, flats for fixing on steel construcition by others,
Including all necessary fixing accessories
Profiles made by norm EN 10219 part 1+2.
