Work Experience
 I have been working for IBM India Pvt. Ltd, Bangalore (*contractor Infinite Computers Solutions)
as Sr. System Admin since Dec 2013 to at present and continuing.

Working as a part of DSC life cycle process, my key responsibilities involves to
manage and maintain prod server of Sametime (collaboration platform used by 4K odd IBM
inside sales reps) and allied group services, which consisting of WAS, IHS, DB2, LDAP,
Domino, AIX, RHEL Linux, Shell Scripting for L2/L3 support level for deployment,
monitoring servers, java core/heap dump generate and analysis, gc log analysis on ISA tool.
Involvement in RCA, PMR, fix pack, activities participated with diverse team
members located at various geographical locations across continents.
Actively participating on migration project of same-time 8.5 to ST9, which involves
DB migration, installing and configuring ST9 product on staging and prod servers.

Provides consulting for various other project requirements under group hierarchy,
like setting up servers on web tier architecture with load-balancer integrated to backend App
server and deployment of JBOSS with Session failover cluster on backend app servers and
fine tuning and resolving dependencies thereof.

Conducts Training Sessions on Scripting, Linux, Jboss and Database etc to
colleagues and enthusiasts from teams. Provides hands-on best practices and demonstrate
real time scenarios by simulation.
 I had worked for Tagit India Pvt. Ltd, Chennai, as Systems Consultant since May, 2011to Oct 2013.
Responsibility (KRA):

Used configuration management tool like Puppet to automate deployment, configure
and maintain change management for range of development and staging servers, which is
accountable for reliability and automate tasks.
Supporting prod servers for PSA marine, Singapore Airlines (SIA), big cinema
etc. prepared Shell scripts for health check reports and alert system by mail for
error/exception and threshold limits. Shell Scripts for automating backup of critical server
logs, configuration files and database tables for certain applications.

Deployment of Tagit product (Mobeix) on Jboss, Mysql /oracle and configuration on
high availability app level clustered. Application server troubleshooting, performance tuning,
analyzing using J console/JMX in JBOSS.
Configure and maintains service infrastructures like JIRA, SVN (Subversion), Wiki
(Confluence). Responsible for issue resolve and prepare RCA for issues and maintain known
issue knowledge database in wiki. Managed servers to virtualized environment based on
Vmware Esxi server and used virtual box for temp environments.
On-Site Assignments:
Client- DBS, Singapore (3+3 months)

Worked for BAU team to support DBS Bank on Production issues and allies with
dev team to resolve issue proactively. Prepare RCA for production issues and provide
necessary solutions. Prepare release notes and task list for CR/deployment activities.
Used to solely participate on-call support for production environment promotions
and activities like DR test, EOS/EOL activities etc.

Actively completed 3nos UAT and 4 SIT environment setup for DBS-HK client
delivered on scheduled time. Consolidated number of more than 50 odd individual services
configured, deployed and resolved dependencies within record time frame. Each consists of
4 jboss app server in cluster and two web server load balanced and forward proxy integrated
with backend app, sharing one common DB server.
Used to work with various client teams and coordinate with IBM vendors to resolve
dependencies while setup and prepare design documentations for projects and provided
walkthrough.
 I had worked for Rapid soft Technologies Pvt. Ltd, Gurgaon, as System and Network administrator
since Oct, 2010 to April, 2011.
Responsibility (KRA):
Manages and maintains application servers based on Linux and windows platform.
Manages SVN Subversion for production environment and web server, database, Tomcat,
proxy, firewall, ftp server etc.
Designed, deployed and managing network having firewalled based on Pf-Sense and
Domain controller infrastructure for its new wing. Resolving system and platform related
issues, coordinating testing and developing team on day to day issues.
 I worked for Sara Infoway ITES Pvt. Ltd, Hyderabad as a Sr. System Administrator since Nov 2008
to Dec 2009 and was deputed to following client sites as resident engineer.
1) I had deputed to Mobile One infocom Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad as a Support Engineer
since and situated at Bharti Airtel Ltd., Noida APO as onsite engineer on Sara Infoway
payroll.
Designate as SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for the whole Airtel MATE
(Enterprise-VAS) Process, Service provided by Mobile One as ISV (Independent service
vendor) for the operation. Maintaining application servers, gateway servers and database
servers, deployed on Windows Server 2003 OS and MS Sql Server 2005 as DB server.
2) Deputed to Jagson International Ltd, Tolstoy Marg, Delhi.
As a resident Engineer at Jagson, looked after office IT infra including Windows
Server 2003 having Oracle app as a ERP server and Exchange Server 2003 mailing system.
 I worked for CMS Computers Ltd. Hyderabad Division, As an Resident Engineer Since June 2007 to
Oct 2008 and deployed in various sites that include followings,

Providing L1/L2 level support at the CMS client sites that includes Managing ,

Cent-OS). Network troubleshooting, check systems performance & Inventory management.
