cycle Gas power plant Since JAN-2011, as Operation Engineer in Stage II 366MW Operations
department.
2) Worked as a Field Engineer in O.E.G GROUP (I) LTD.54.6 MW Combined cycle power
plant site at penna Electricity LTD.Ramanathpuram from MAY-2010 to JAN-2011.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the smooth operation of Gas Turbine capacity of 233MW which is a
make of M/s.GE Energy.

Responsible for the smooth operation of Steam Turbo Generator of capacity of
133MW which is a make of M/s. Harbin Turbine Co., Ltd.

Responsible for the smooth operation of Heat Recovery Steam Generator of capacity
of 530 TPH which is a make of M/s.Thermax Ltd.

Responsible for the 6.6KV, 415V Switch Gear.

Responsible for the 420KV GIS.

Responsible for the smooth operation BOP for the both Gas Turbine and Steam Turbine.

Responsible for the smooth operation for the Fuel gas skid.

Safe startup & shutdown of Units and loading/unloading as per system requirement and
handling emergencies.
Coordination with maintenance departments for carrying out the planned /breakdown
maintenance Activities.
Involves isolation & normalization of system as per approved Permit System (Log out Tag
out System).
Preparation of Checklists and log sheets.
Preparation and implementation of various standard operating procedures.





Diploma Project-Feasibility Report on “ WASTE PAPER RECYCLING UNIT”
Description
By this paper recycling process produces the different types of products like paper plates,
paper glasses, paper bags, less quality writing paper etc…instead of using polythene
products replace them with paper products in general shops.
Mini Project-study of “NAGARJUNA SAGAR HYDRAULIC POWER PLANT”
Description
The main theme of this project was to get the complete information regarding the different
parts of the plant and their individual role in the power generation of the plant
Main Project- “DESIGN AND STATIC ANALYSIS OF HEAT EXCHANGER”
Description
The project mainly deals with design of shell and tube heat exchanger and modeling in
PRO-E static analysis of heat exchanger tubes to find out the internal stress by applying
different materials in ANSYS. So that we can select which is best material for heat
exchanger tubes for given condition.
