STAGE 2 – ASSESSMENT EVIDENCE
List performance tasks or project, quizzes, graded assignments, prompts, etc. Include the rubrics you use
to evaluate the performance tasks.

Observations during class time, games and participation in class
Worksheets: they will contain activities in which the children could demonstrate
what they have learnt about vocabulary and they will also develop other skills
such as fine motors skills.
STAGE 3 – LEARNING ACTIVITIES
Consider the type of knowledge (declarative or procedural) and the thinking skills students will use.
ACTIVITIES K3
- Songs and movement games
- Games (musical chairs, show me…, lottery, race game, ball game,
- concentration game) these games are based on the vocabulary learnt in class
and the instructions are given in English
- Chant, fingerplays and TPR activities
ACTIVITIES K4

Books reading: The books will have vocabulary related to the classes
Follow instruction activites: these activities will be based on the daily routines of
the children, they will have to acquire the skill to follow instruction such as: color
the picture, cut the paper, paste on the paper, sit down, stand up, match the
similar pictures, clean up your desk etc.
Speaking activities: the students will be asked to answer questions such as: what
is your name? what color is that? Where is your pencil? And express feelings
through sentences like: I feel happy, I am bored, I am angry etc.
