After students print their bibliography pages, instruct
students to label the parts, spacing, and margins to
reinforce guidelines.
If available, instruct students to use the automatic page
numbering feature of their word processing program,
which will automatically place the page number ½ inch
from the top right of the document.
Distribute 04.05 ACT5. Students will review their
knowledge of the INFORMATION PROCESSING
CYCLE as they compose a report about input,
processing, output, and storage devices. Students
should be expected to use the guidelines for a business
report using side headings to format their report. No
answer key is provided because the content of
students’ report will vary.

references. Review formatting procedures for the title
page, unbound report, and bibliography prior to
beginning 04.05 ACT6.
04.05 ACT7
Distribute 04.05 ACT7. The teacher will need to provide
students with a list of websites that they can use to guide
their research for this assignment. For example
www.fodors.com will allow students to research based
on country, city, and continent. Demonstrate and
explain to students how to use the websites that will be
needed for this assignment. Instruct students to choose
a city/country that they are studying in their social
studies class. Review formatting procedure for the title
page, unbound report, and bibliography. No answer
