This form must be completed and send to: arts-internships-info@unimelb.edu.au by 30th November 2016 for the
Summer Semester (Intensive) 2016 enrolment and 31st of January 2016 for Semester 1 enrolment.
This form must be submitted before enrolment in the subject can be confirmed. You must demonstrate an
understanding of the aims, attendance requirements and assessment tasks for the subject.

What is your understanding of the requirements/expectations of the Arts Internship subject?
Please briefly list any previous recent work experience and/or volunteering you have done in other settings, for
example part-time jobs and University volunteering for Orientation or Open days and events, SALP, Duke of
Edinburgh or similar.
The following questions check the progress you have made in researching and identifying potential organisations
where you can find an internship. If you have already located a placement, skip the following three questions.

community, corporate, public sector etc.
