2011 – 2012 LWCA Finals Schedule
Please note the following
 All 30 level exams are government diploma examinations
 Grade 9 courses may include the PAT’s (Provincial Achievement Tests), as part of the overall
final grade.
 All students have regular classes through June 21st.
 On examination days, study hall will be held in the afternoon. Study Hall is a scheduled time for
students to ask teachers questions before exams.
 Senior high students may be either in study hall or sign out and leave the school.
 For the exam week of June 22 – 27 grade 7 – 9 students may stay home when they do not have
exams. When students have finished writing their exam they must be in a designated study hall or
leave the school (if they have parent’s permission in writing).
