Note: the blocks of rooms we reserved for the conference are from June 8-13. If your check-in is earlier than June 8, or check-out later than June 13, your request may not be met. But if you inform us very early, it is likely that a room can be reserved for you.

Note 1: You will pay the hotel directly for your room charges. The hotels accept VISA, MasterCard,
JCB (Japan) and UnionPay (China) cards (most hotel guests pay with such credit cards). If you wish to pay by cash (Chinese RMB only), then a cash deposit equal to the room rate multiplying the number of nights is required at the time of check-in.
Note 2: Conference participants who wish to exchange for Chinese currency are advised to do so at the Beijing Airport upon arrival. They can also do so at local banks, but the waiting line may be long at some bank branches.
Note 3: We will try our best to accommodate your housing request. But due to the limited number of rooms available in the two hotels (especially in Jiasuo Hotel), we can not guarantee your hotel choices can be met.
