【 Product Applications 】
High strength bolts for steel structures are mainly used in friction type connection of various structures as large span bridges for highway and railway, large scaled factory, steel structure of power station boiler, skyscrapers, airplane store house, exhibition hall, stadium, large span civilian building, tower/pole steel structure, container hoisters and movable hoisters.
Cheesed head studs for arc stud welding are largely applied in bridges, reinforced concrete for high buildings and industrial buildings, cover fixture of heave duty ships, boiler pipe welding, inserts fixture for boiler pipe and other special purposed containers.
【 Product Features 】
The performance of all sets of torsion type high strength bolt with large hexagon head nut and plain washer reaches the grade of 10.9S.
The average torque coefficient of the same batch of the 10.9S grade sets of bolt, nut and plain washer for heavy steel structure is 0.110-0.150 with the standard deviation of torque coefficient <=0.010. Due the feature of lower and consistent torque coefficient, the speed and accuracy of the construction has been much improved.

Sets of torshear type high strength bolt hexagon nut and plain washer for steel structures is pre-defined type and the fastening force (pre-tensile force) can be reached with a special tool. Consequently, this has reduced the labor intension and improved the construction speed and accuracy. Also there will be no missing fastening part because it can be checked visually.
High strength bolts with hexagon head and flange torque type for steel structures is our patented product. This product not only has the advantages of easy usage, visual inspection and high efficiency of the sets of torsion type high strength bolt nut and plain washer, but also has the features of easy dismounting, re-check the bolt after fastened with torque method. These features have solved the problem of difficult fastening at the comer of the steel structure and prevented the potential risk of head broken caused by the indentation on the head shank of the washer.
