Working as Deputy Manager, Marketing in RAK Paints (Pvt.) Ltd. since May 2010.
It is one of the companies of RAK Group UAE and joint venture among Bangladesh, UAE and
India. It produces quality paint products and aims at becoming number one paints company
within shortest possible time.
Responsibilities:
1. Play the role of Head of Marketing
2. Preparing Marketing Strategy for the company as well as for all the products that have been
launched and going to be launched.
3. Creating Brand Equity for the company as well as for all the products.
4. Preparing Marketing budget for all the promotional activities.
5. Setting Strategy for 360° Integrated Marketing Communication for the company as well as
for the brands.
6. Coordinating with every department of the company and adjusting marketing activities
according to requirement.
7. Prepare production plan and distribution plan to ensure right product mix in different depots.
8. To prepare creative briefs for creative agency for the communication activities.
9. To arrange exposure of the communications in different communication media.
