Interested parties are requested to quote their best rates in the prescribed Application Form given
with this letter alongwith terms & conditions. Your sealed offer alongwith EMD must reach to
“Commercial Manager, Hindustan Insecticides Ltd., Scope Complex, Core- 6, 2nd Floor, Lodhi
Road, New Delhi – 110003” on or before 12.12.2013. upto 2.00 PM positively.
The sealed offers received on or before the due date & time shall be opened at 2.30 PM on
12.12.2013 in the presence of parties who wish choose to be present at the time of opening.

Important instructions for submission of the tender for selection of C&F Agent for Lucknow
(U.P) :Sealed Tenders are invited from interested Parties for selection of C&F Agent at Lucknow for
UP State on behalf of Hindustan Insecticides Ltd as per the details given in Annexures.
This
tender consists of 3 Annexures which may please be downloaded from our website
www.hil.gov.in before submitting your sealed offer. The sealed tenders are invited in 2 bid
system. Annexure- I & II (General information & Techno Commercial Bid )should be sealed in
one envelope superscribed as general and techno commercial bid and Annexure – III should be
sealed in 2nd envelope superscribed as additional information sheet. Both these envelopes
should be sealed in a 3rd envelope superscribed as tender for C&F due on 07.11.2013 upto 2.00
PM and send to “The Commercial Manager, Hindustan Insecticides Ltd, Scope Complex, Core6, Second Floor, Lodi Road, New Delhi- 110003” on or before 07.11.2013 upto 2.00 PM. All
the sealed tenders received within due date and time shall be opened on the same day at 2.30 PM
in the presence of bidders who wish to be present at the time of opening of the tender.
The evaluation of all the bids shall be done on the basis of rate quoted for C&F fixed monthly
service charges, godown rent and manpower charges only. However the information given in
additional sheet shall not be taken into consideration for evaluation of L1 bidder. The loading/
unloading charges etc. shall be finalized after discussion with the successful lowest bidder in the
tender separately by the HILs officials before signing the agreement with HIL.
Please note that HIL reserves the right to accept/ reject all or any offer without assigning any
reason what so ever it may be.

Company is interested to appoint C & F Agent at Lucknow for the following jobs.
You are requested to go through it very carefully and quote the Service Charge for
fulfilling the following jobs.
 Unload the materials at Godown.
 Raise of Goods Receive Statement (GRS).
 Issue of Delivery Orders/Challans/Bills against order received from
Dealers.
 Dispatch of materials from Godown to respective transporter’s godown
as per the Challans/Bills.
 Making of payment to the transporters, collection of CN/LRs from
respective transporters.
 Maintaining of Pending order list and follow up the same with the
Parties/ Sales Team.
 Periodical dispatch and receive of all official documents to concern areas.
 Jobs related to Sales Tax Dept
(a) Collection of Road Permit/Waybill (utilization statement & others).
(b) Quarterly submission of return (if e return is not possible).
(c) Collection of From- F, Form- C and other related papers.
 Company requires one table space along with chairs and table.
