Basic prerequisite is love for drawing and desire to master "how-to" details. We
will cover the basic rules of drawing, e.g. 3-D, perspective, composition as well as
the importance of light & shade in various settings. Water color will be our main
material. We will get into the most-used techniques. While tackling projects
students will be able to bring into play every bit of knowledge acquired.
Homework is a key part of this educational process involving independent
student research to come up with ideas and build on as well as re-enforce
insights gleaned from each in-class lesson.
