Most iPad/Kindle/Android magazines and newspapers are optimized versions of their print masters
requiring a lot of zooming, moving, and adjusting by the reader. The eGV version is designed and sized
specifically for the tablet reader – no zooming, moving, or adjusting needed; all the content and its
visual detail is readable in its full page. All the reader has to do is move to the next page.



eGV iPad/Kindle/Nook/Android: 75/25 editorial to ad ratio
130 tablet pages = 100 editorial + 30 ads
The eGV contains bonus content including additional photos and text in feature stories, behind-thescenes insights from GV Style photo shoots, and links to advertiser websites via the ads.

Do not name your ad file “GV ad” or “Grand Valley Mag ad” as we have no idea who the advertiser is or
which editions the ad is designated for; and if more than one advertiser submits ads with these names, they
risk accidentally being over-written.
