YOU DO NOT NEED ANY LOGIN INFORMATION TO ACCESS THEM. (Yep, there went THAT
excuse...) just log on and go to this address

Look on the right side of the page and click “Summer AP Assignments” , then click on “AP
Physics”. Again, there is no need to log on to access them. They are in pdf format and can be
printed off on any printer. The Flashcard fronts are only 4 pages of 8 equations each, the
support material is 8 pages, and can either be printed out, loaded to a kindle or ipad and opened
as a PDF file, or opened on your desktop or laptop. Caution – if you open this file at the
beach/on vacation, you will be swamped with really cool people trying to check out your stuff,
so be very careful – don’t let the sudden popularity go to your head.
HERE’SWHAT YOU NEED TO DO...
1. Cut the BLUE FLASHCARDS (or the ones you printed out after realizing AP Physics was way
cooler than AP Art Appreciation). Into a nice little deck. There should be 32 total cards when
you are completed. Use a rubber band or put them in a baggie to prevent an impromptu
game of 32 pickup while going thru the metal detector at band camp.

- the front side contains one of the key Newtonian Mechanical Physics equations you need to
know. The box in the lower left is four you to use when you know it, and all its terms and
units, by heart. (I’d use pencil, because, as many of you know; hearts can forget... )
- Don’t add anything to the front – they are flashcards, you need to memorize what is there!
2. Use the second PDF file “NEWT’S SUPPORT STUFF” to complete the back of each card as follows
as shown on the back of this sheet.
On the back, write in the use of the equation,
the name of each variable, and the units.
Try using the abbreviations for the units to
make sure you know them as well.
