It has been brought to our attention that your property does not have a green, reflective address
marker. The Township is happy to provide these to residents at no charge. They can be placed
either on your mailbox or in the right-of-way near the end of your drive (see pictures below).
These markers have been requested by the Richfield Police and Fire that use them to quickly
identify a residence. You may feel that your home is clearly marked with house numbers but
these can be difficult to read in the dark. The safety forces have said that the familiar green reflective marker, placed in approximately the same position on each property, is invaluable for
identification.
To order an address marker for your home, please contact either the service garage at (330) 659
6483 or the administration office at (330) 659 4700. In an emergency situation, minutes can be
critical – make it easy for safety forces to find you.
