5 cups whole wheat flour

8 beaten egg whites
1 qt. buttermilk
Mix together all dry ingredients.
Then mix in buttermilk, canola oil, and egg whites.
Grease muffin tins or use muffin cups, and fill 3/4 of the way full.
Bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes. Batter will keep up to 6 weeks
in the refrigerator.
