Caslon is a font they use for all the body copy in the commercials
as well as in there brochures and catalogs.

Creative Brief
Background
JHPUSA has been in the import industry business since 1999.
Many of you may remember when JHPUSA was formerly
known as JDMHONDAPARTS. We’re the same company
and have been providing the import community with best
possible prices on quality name brand products. Today we
have customers worldwide and as JHPUSA grows it is our goal
to retain a first-rate customer service as well as a friendly and
knowledgeable sales staff. JHPUSA is committed to providing
the best value and shopping experience.
Target Audience:
The target audience is both male and female ranging from early
20s to mid 30s.
Objective
The objective is to create a well organized layout of the
website. The layout of the main page of the website will be
parrallax which features all the categories of the products in the
center of the website. This will allow the viewer to see all the
products in categories.
Tone
The tone of this website will consist of having a dark
background. The logo will be placed at the top center of the
website. The logo will be revised by using a font that better fits
with the overal feel of the logo.

Personas
Mike, 28, Single
Mike is a single dad that has two little
boys who love to spend time with him in
his Subaru. Mike owns a 2011 pearl white
Subaru Wrx hatchback, that has some tasteful
modifications. He has upgraded his Wrx with
an Invida N1 exhaust system, Sti short shifter,
Cobb intake and tune, Enkei RPF1’s, and an
Airtek suspension air bag system.
Mike enjoys spending as much time as he can
with his two boys. To his surprise they are as
excited as he is when working or driving his car.
Mike works for Subaru of Kirkland as a
detailer. He enjoys making cars look knew but
really enjoys being able to clean his own vehicle
at work when he has finished his job.
Mike is pretty tech savy when it comes to using
technology. He does have some complaints
about using the internet. One area that
bothers him more than anything is navigation
on websites. Mike would like to find a user
friendly navigation.

Nichole, 20, Engaged
Nichole lives in Woodinville with her fiance.
She attends a technical school where she is
studying to be a mechanical engineer. She
hopes to take that degree and work with
Honda. Nicole currently works with Kirkland
Honda as a receptionist.
Nicole owns a 2003 vivid blue Honda Civic Si
that she has modified heavly with the help of
her fiance who also owns a Honda Si. She has
modified the car to be eye catching as well as
having power that can keep up with the guys.
Nicole would say that the is pretty tech savy
but her fiance would say otherwise. One of
her complaints about using websites that sell
performance parts is all the clutter that is one
each page. She would like to see a clean well
built website that is easy to navigate.

Spoon calipers are manufactured by Nissin, the OE supplier of all Honda
brakes. The Spoon twin-block caliper was developed over a year specifically
for the EK9 Civic Type R and DC2 Integra Type R. For the S2000, Spoon
designed the mono-block caliper, whose one piece improves rigidity.
The Spoon 4-pot caliper has been specifically designed and tested for Honda
applications. Unlike other 4-pot calipers, Spoon calipers are direct fit and are
designed to work with the stock brake system, including the ABS.
Spoon calipers use stock Honda size brake pads, which gives users incredible
flexibility in choosing pads. The 4-pot calipers significantly improve both
high speed braking and brake pedal feel and its consistency during track
use thanks to their rigid 1-block design. The 4-pot pistons makes pad wear
more even and minimizes rotor warpage thanks to the offset piston sizes.
The aluminum construction also helps reduce unsprung weight significantly.
These benefits are achieved while maintaining a stock feel for daily driving.
The monoblock version is recommended for new generation Honda’s such as
the 02-06 (DC5), 02-11 (EP3/FA5/FG2/FD2), and (AP1/2).
