The Maritime museum: neighbours of

Built in 1656 this national naval warehouse
was once used by the Dutch navy to store sails,
ropes, weapons and ammunition. Since 1973 it
has been home to the Dutch navy. These days
it has become a modern multimedia museum
and also a exceptional place to get married.
De Weigh House: only walking distance from
DoubleTree by Hilton Amsterdam Centraal
Station. The part of Amsterdam that never
sleeps: Nieuwmarkt. In the middle you will find
the Weigh House originally built in 1488, this
characteristic monumental structure now

WEDDING PLANNER AGREEMENT
When the hotel receives a request for a wedding, we will give the wedding
couple the choice to select one of our preferred wedding planners. As part of
their booking with Hilton, we will hire the services of the wedding planner and
cover the costs for the hours we provide, at a negotiated hourly rate. The
amount of hours, covered by Hilton, depends on the total amount of revenue
the couple will spend at the hotel, as described below. The hours will be
covered by the hotel, once a contract has been signed.
The Hilton hourly rate: € 50.00 per hour.
The hours described below, will be paid by the hotel directly to the wedding
planner. For wedding enquiries above:
€5000 spent on property: 3 hour wedding consult
€7500 spent on property: 5 hours wedding planner service
€10.000 spent on property: 10 hours wedding planner service
€15.000 spent on property: 15 hours wedding planner service
€20.000 spent on property: 20 hours wedding planner service
€25.000 spent on property: 25 hours wedding planner service
Commission-payments
Referred to the hotel
Business referred to Hilton by wedding planners will be rewarded with 5%
commission on the total net revenue of the wedding within the hotel, excl.
revenue created by 3rd parties.
Referred to the wedding planner
Whilst making the enquiry, wedding couples will be given the choice of a
wedding planner to join the first meeting at the hotel. Business that the
wedding planners gain from these meetings, which do not generate any
revenue for Hilton, will be commissionable by the hotel with 5% of the total
net amount the wedding planner receives for his or her services excl. 3 rd party
services.
