Mr Adikalsamy s/o Santhanam has wide
experience in the field of Filing and Records
Management, Subject Classification, Indexing
and Archiving. He was formerly with Arkib
Negara Malaysia for nearly 30 years where he was
involved in Records and Archives Management
works including training programmes. He began
his career at the National Archives of Malaysia
and retired as a Senior Assistant Archivist with
the same organization. The position he held
prior to his retirement was a Training Officer at
the Training and Carrier Development Branch
of the National Archives of Malaysia. He holds
a Bachelor of Business Management (US), a
Diploma in Public Relations and a Certificate in
Archives Studies, London. He is also registered
with PSMB as an approved trainer.
Mr Adikalsamy, while serving in that
organization, has trained extensively within
the organization and for other government
agencies both locally and internationally. He
has conducted numerous programmes on
Records Management, Filing System, Subject
Classification & Indexing and Archiving that
are his forte. Among the companies that he
has conducted training for are Jabatan Peguam
Negara, Polis DiRaja, JKR, DBKL, JPA, Fiberail,
KUB Textile, Leader Cable, BP Chemical, HicomHonda, Sharp Roxy, International Paint, Malaysia
Airport, TNB, BSN, Multimedia University,
Kuching Water Board, UPM, UPSI and many more.

Writing letters and memos in Bahasa Malaysia is undeniably an indispensable part of an executive’s
portfolio in Malaysia. It is the means by which messages are communicated, by which your company’s
image is projected, and by which your credibility as the representative of the company is established.
Conducted in Bahasa Malaysia, the participants would realise how simple effective business writing can
be. They would acquire the skills to identify and eliminate embarrassing gramatical errors in business
writing and would leave the course with the ability to use refreshing language to produce concise,

• Replacements can be accepted at no additional cost.
