ACADEMIC SCHOOL YEAR
The academic year is 36 weeks long. There are six 55
minute class periods per day. Students can earn 6
credits per year during the regular school year.
Students enrolled in college courses may earn additional credits.
COMMUNITY SERVICE/SERVICE-LEARNING
All LCS students have a service requirement, seniors
must serve the community with a minimum of 50
hours of service.
