It also describes several fermentation processes involved in the production of industrial chemical metabolites such as alcohol, organic acids, proteins, enzymes and antibodies. (7) Hasil Pembelajaran / Learning Outcomes: At the end of the course, students are expected to acquire these abilities: 1. Ability to differentiate various fermentation methods including control parameters 2. Ability to calculate mass balances stoichiometry and microbial growth kinetics in batch, fed-batch and continuous fermentations. 3. Ability to calculate sterilization times, aeration requirement and capacities of batch, fedbatch and continuous fermentation 4.
