CaSe StuDY// DireCt CoCa cola - burger king - Fulfilment Brief There are over 2,000 Burger King outlets across Europe & The Middle East selling Coca-Cola products, across 29 different countries within 4 regions - Central Europe, NW Europe, Mediterranean, Middle East. Coca-Cola GB has to audit these outlets 4 times a year to ensure they are dispensing Coca-Cola products to the highest quality. They do this via a network of technical auditors who complete a pre-filled Quality Maintenance Call (QMC) form for each outlet. S2 also manages a rebate programme for Burger King on behalf of Coca-Cola, similar to the programmes for Subway and Dominos. Their UK Marketing Fund (based on product sales) is delivered by S2 to 35 UK restaurant chains, over 500 restaurants twice yearly.
