Assistant Dziuban announced the sealed bid opening for the replacement of the generator at
City Hall. he noted that the bid had been advertised in accordance with the City’s Procurement
Code on the City’s website and in The Post and Courier.

references. Staff will make a recommendation to the Public Safety Committee at its meeting at
10:00 a.m., Wednesday, April 9, 2014 that will be followed by a recommendation and possible
award of contract by City Council at its meeting at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 29, 2014.
