Description
Titles of Employees Involved
Entercom Denver offers internships at the radio stations in our Promotions
and Programming departments. Interns must be college students and receive
college credit for the internships. The Promotions Directors and the
Programming Directors oversee the internships to evaluate the interns and
ensure they are receiving information and education. Internships are ongoing
throughout the year.12 interns participated in this program during the annual
reporting period.
Once a week, Entercom Denver airs recruitment advertisements on all
stations, seeking applicants across all departments. Advertisements inform
the Denver metro area of Entercom’s EEO policy and invite all organizations
to be a part of our recruitment process.
Entercom provides station tours to students and individuals from various
organizations. During the tours, Entercom representatives talk about the role
each department has and their responsibilities.
Managers are trained regarding EEO compliance rules, and are given forms
and policy memos. All Department heads are expected to adhere to the EEO
rules and complete all necessary EEO paperwork for each new hire.
Entercom Salespeople and Managers participate in Entercom's
proprietary RAMP Training. 14 Account Executives and 2 Sales Associates
graduated from this program during the annual reporting period.
Entercom Denver had a table at the Diversity Employment Day Career Fair
and sponsored the event with PSA's that ran from January 29, 2015 through
February 4, 2015.
Entercom Denver posted current open positions online for the Colorado
Broadcasters Association Virtual Job Fair. There were approximately 12
resumes/inquiries submitted during the week.

Entercom Denver hosted a breakfast for our EEO Recruitment Source
contacts. Managers discussed the opportunities available and provided an
overview of their specific departments. A station tour was provided.
Recruitment Sources were strongly encouraged to refer candidates for our
open positions. 8 recruitment contacts participated.
Entercom Denver holds an annual Sales Training Retreat. The program is
held over a two day period conducted by the Director of Sales Managers, the
Digital Sales Manager and the General Sales Managers of all Entercom
Denver’s stations. 42 Denver Account Executives and Sales Managers
attended the retreat.
