Ngân hàng Bán lẻ Việt Nam 2015 vào ngày 18 | 11 | 2015 vừa
qua tại Gem Center, 08 Nguyễn Bỉnh Khiêm, Quận 1, Tp. Hồ Chí
Minh. Ban Tổ chức hy vọng rằng Hội thảo đã hoàn thành được
mục tiêu trở thành diễn đàn hữu ích, đưa ra các giải pháp cho các
vấn đề nổi bật trong lĩnh vực ngân hàng mà các nhà lãnh đạo cấp
cao đang quan tâm trong việc hoạch định chiến lược kinh doanh
một cách hiệu quả cho những năm tiếp theo.
Năm nay, với chủ đề “Mô hình Ngân hàng Thế hệ mới: Công
nghệ hiện đại làm nền tảng, khách hàng làm trọng tâm”, Diễn
đàn Ngân hàng Bán lẻ Việt Nam 2015 đã giúp các ngân hàng nắm
bắt được tình hình thị trường hiện tại với những xu hướng nổi bật
trong ngành; tiếp cận các giải pháp công nghệ tiên tiến mang tính
đột phá; cung cấp các thông tin đầu vào cho việc nâng cao năng
lực cạnh tranh và thỏa mãn khách hàng cũng như đảm bảo an toàn
an ninh thông tin trong ngân hàng bán lẻ. Hội thảo đã thu hút được
25 nhà tài trợ, 24 diễn giả, 22 gian hàng, 350 khách tham dự Hội
thảo và 400 khách tham dự Triển lãm.

CONFERENCE HIGHLIGHTS
Vietnam Retail Banking Forum 2015 (previously known as ASEAN Banker Forum), co-organized
by Vietnam Banks Association and International Data Group – IDG ASEAN, has taken place on
17 - 18 November, 2015 at Gem Center, 08 Nguyen Binh Khiem, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
Vietnam Retail Banking Forum this year continues the success of previous annual events by
generating
in-depth discussions among bankers, financial experts, and technology professionals. The conference
is aimed at analyzing current market context, updating technology trends in retail banking industry as
well as proposing initiatives for the growth of retail banking sector in Vietnam.
This year, featuring the theme: “NEXT – GENERATION RETAIL BANKING: CUSTOMER –
CENTRIC & TECH – SAVVY MODEL”, Vietnam Retail Banking Forum 2015 has been launched
to equip retail banks in Vietnam and countries across ASEAN region with insights into latest trends
and critical factors for the future success of retail banking. We believe that in the evolving business
environment with increasing customer complexity and competition of multi-channel banking service
within retail banks, channel transformation, operational excellence and process efficiency are among
the keys for retail banks to stand out and achieve long-term goals.
The conference consists of three major parts. The KEYNOTE SESSION, featuring the theme
“Evolving trends & initiatives towards initiative banking services”, provides a comprehensive
picture of trends, development opportunities for retail banks, digital and mobile banking. Following
is a Banking Executive Talk, which discusses on the topic “Benchmarking and best practices in
improving retail banking performances”, captures vision and evaluations of Vietnam retail
banking’s future and best practices sharing from senior banking leadership. Furthermore, SESSION
1 and SESSION 2 with the themes “Building agile and scalable IT operating retail banking
models” and “Channel optimization – Enhancing customer trust and engagement”, respectively,
focus on a wide range of topics, namely risk management, security technology, IT infrastructure, new
payment methods, advanced technology solutions to optimize banking channels, customer experience
within banking operations.

VOBA 2015
Vietnam Outstanding Banking Services Awards (VOBA) 2015 as a featured part of Vietnam
Retail Banking Forum 2015 is honourably organized by Vietnam Bankers Association and
International Data Group on November 17, 2015 at Gem Center, Ho Chi Minh City. The ultimate
purpose of the award is to select and recognize banks with the most significant achievements in
driving business growth and contributing to the development of banking and financial sectors in
Vietnam. First held in 2012, Vietnam Outstanding Banking Services Award has become a trusted
and prestigious award to banks, financial experts and the media. Banks who won the award in 2014,
namely BIDV, Vietinbank, VIB and ACB have proved the decision of the Board of Judgment as
well as met the expectations when they can earn even higher success in 2015.
With continued mission in honoring greatest banks, Vietnam Outstanding Banking Services
Awards 2015 took place from September 30, 2015 to November 17, 2015. There have been 9 banks
participating in the award this year with 5 awards including:

 Vietnam Outstanding E-banking Award
 Vietnam Outstanding Security Initiative Banking Award
 Vietnam Outstanding Innovative Banking Product /Service Award

14 members in the Board of Judges are members and representatives from the Government,

Chairman, Awards BOJ. Additionally, Deputy Chairmen of the Awards BOJ are Mr. Phung Khac
Ke and Mr. Le Thanh Tam.
