Human Resources Manager Primary location: Berne Remote location: Zurich Your Challenge As part of our synergy who will drive the entire HR function for our 2 Xerox Services entities working for 2 main different Groups (120 employees). The specificity of this role consists in getting an open minded and flexible working approach to switch from one group to another and from one style of management (on site) to another (remote). Main responsibilities: - Operationally involved in all the HR processes - Monitors and evaluates 1 subordinate staff to ensure the proper assignment and completion of duties, balancing consistent high level service delivery with staff development considerations. -Interviews, selects, and supervises training of new employees. - Administers performance evaluations and makes salary recommendations; ensures accurate salary action reporting. - Maintains positive work environment and staff relations. - Participates in developing operating standards and/or making recommendations for improvements in overall unit performance; coordinates integration of functional unit with other human resources units. - Defines internal operating procedures for functional unit. - Represents functional unit to various professional agencies and external associations. - Keeps abreast of developments in field of expertise to ensure currency. - Works closely with the Managing Director and in-house legal counsel and management on employee litigation affecting functional area.
