GODIVA CHOCOLATIER is looking for CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Your mission This role is not a call center position where you have to be on the phone all day long selling products or only managing claims. The objective of the Customer Service Representative is to provide maximum customer satisfaction by efficiently managing: The customer portfolio of his/her business or region All internal customer service related processes in close cooperation with his/her internal customers like Sales, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing, Finance… In this role, you will report directly to the Customer Service Manager. Your main responsibilities You act as prime contact person for the customers of your portfolio and do all the administrative follow-up linked to that. That means that you are responsible for: Managing your portfolio of customers and the process order from A to Z, starting from the customer orders until the delivery Building a strong relationship on the long term with your internal and external customers and solving all Customer Service related issues for them by identifying the source of the problem & using pro-active strategies to prevent it from recurring Managing Customer Service Databases and transmitting complete information timely to responsible parties Fully understanding and controlling order process: input, planning, stock control, invoicing and basic problem solving Monitoring, improving and following up customer relations and reporting abnormalities efficiently Your profile At least fluent in English, Dutch and French. Any additional language is an asset. First relevant experience in an international Customer Support function Computer literate with standard office applications, basic knowledge of order entry systems / modules Excellent communication skills with all internal/external parties by email, phone, face to face and strong interpersonal skills Passionate for customers and service oriented approach Flexible and proactive approach Stress resistant with the ability to work in an evolving environment Good knowledge of customer relations Excellent time management, priorities setting and administrative skills Our offer You will have the opportunity to join a growing dynamic and ambitious international company focused on excellence.
