Why are Mr. and Mrs. Perfect sitting alone in the neighborhood cafe?
They have a perfect life. Mr. Perfect is the president of the largest real estate
company in the city. He leaves work the latest of all the employees. He also
works harder than they do. Mrs. Perfect is a news reporter for the most
popular news program. She arrives the earliest at work and she is the most
creative of all the reporters. They both dress the most formally of everyone
in their offices.
Mr. and Mrs. Perfect live in the biggest and nicest house in the
neighborhood. Their outdoor flowers are the most beautiful and their grass
is the greenest. They both own more expensive cars than their neighbors.
Mr. Perfect drives more dangerously than everyone else. Mrs. Perfect drives
more carefully than her husband does. She speaks the most politely to the
neighbors about her husband’s driving.
On the weekends, Mr. and Mrs. Perfect exercise together in very
expensive clothes. They like to take their two perfect dogs to the park. The
dogs are the quietest on the block. With their dogs, Mr. and Mrs. Perfect run
the longest distances. Mr. Perfect runs faster than Mrs. Perfect. After they
run with the dogs, they go to the local cafe and order the healthiest food.
They should have the most friends, but they have the least. Nobody sits with
Mr. and Mrs. Perfect.
