Five Star ® EZ-Cure ® Concrete Remover incorporates a powerful carboxyl containing organic molecule that is found in sugar cane and sugar beets. This dual-functional molecule is extremely effective at dissolving concrete buildup and splatter without damaging or corroding exposed steel, chrome, aluminum or electrical components. Can be used on any aluminum, steel, plastic, fiberglass, glass, rubber or painted metal surface.

Five Star ® EZ-Cure ® Concrete Remover is packaged in a convenient 24 oz. (0.71 L) foam spray bottle.

USE INSTRUCTIONS
1. Brush or spray apply to concrete buildup or concrete splatter at the application rate of approximately 100—150 sf/gal (2.5-3.7 sm/L).
2. Best results are achieved when Five Star ® EZ-Cure ® Concrete Remover is applied using a pump foamer which produces a thick, rich foam that clings to vertical and overhead surfaces to maximize performance.
3. Maximum performance is obtained when Five Star ® EZ-Cure ® Concrete Remover is allowed to stay wet. Apply at low sun angles (morning or late afternoon/evening) to slow drying. Alternatively, lightly mist treated areas with water to keep wet.
4. A pH sensitive red dye indicates that the applied Five Star ® EZ-Cure ® Concrete Remover is actively dissolving hardened concrete buildup. If the applied
Five Star ® EZ-Cure ® Concrete Remover turns transparent (water white) before all existing buildup has been softened for easy removal, reapplication will be necessary.
5. If possible, periodically scrub the treated area with a scrub brush to remove the outer layer of softened material, allowing Five Star ® EZ-Cure ® Concrete
Remover to further penetrate the buildup.
6. Reapply additional Five Star ® EZ-Cure ® Concrete Remover every 15-20 minutes until concrete is soft and mushy. Light buildup or splatter generally requires 2-3 applications of Five Star ® EZ-Cure ® Concrete Remover over a 30-45 minute time period for full removal.
CLEAN-UP
 Small hand tools can be soaked in a shallow pan containing Five Star ® EZ-Cure ® Concrete Remover for 30 minutes to 1 hour to quickly remove concrete buildup.
 Heavy concrete buildup may require several applications or extended dwell times in order to completely soften the buildup.
 Remove softened concrete with a pressure washer or garden hose equipped with a spray nozzle.
 If Five Star ® EZ-Cure ® Concrete Remover is allowed to dry prior to rinsing off with water, a white film will be apparent on the treated surface. To remove, reapply Five Star ® EZ-Cure ® Concrete Remover and rinse well with water.

CONSIDERATIONS
 Performs best if not diluted.
 Best results are obtained when substrate temperatures are above 50°F (10°C). Users can expect decreased product performance when applied during cooler weather conditions.
 Not recommended for use on raw wood, such as dimensional lumber or B-B plywood. Product can be used on overlaid (HDO, PSF and CBF) plywood forms and engineered forming systems.
 Not recommended for use on galvanized or zinc plated surfaces.
 Verify that product is within the “USE BY” date stated on product packaging. Do not use expired product. The use of expired product may result in poor product performance or failure.
PRECAUTIONS
 For industrial use only.
 Protect eyes, skin and clothing from spray mist by wearing goggles and a rain suit.
 Protect from freezing. Allowing product to freeze can cause the container to rupture as well as separation of the active components, resulting in poor product performance. Product which is suspected of freezing should not be used.
 Do not allow product to dry on painted surfaces, such as truck cabs and ready-mix drums. If allowed to dry, a hazy film will develop that may require mechanical buffing or reapplication of product to remove.
