Use the chart below to record the weight used and reps. Example: If you use 20 pounds for your first set of 10, you would write 20 X 10 in the box.
Note Change: Now use 80% max weight. That means, lift 80% of your 1 rep max weight. If you can do 100 pounds for one rep, then lift at 80 pounds.
Be sure to compare your workouts from last week to ensure that you are aiming to lift heavier in weights this week.
