Dear Supporters of Stonegate:
We have a very fun and important event in our open house
and charity auction on May 26th. The dollars raised
during this auction support the exciting and exemplary
activities and programs here at Stonegate.
A huge thank you to Felicia Choi and Lety Villareal for
organizing such a terrific event for our community and
students at our school. In addition, many of our families
and local businesses have contributed to our auction and
we thank them greatly for these donations as they provide
us with excellent items for our auction.
I hope you enjoy this very fun, family event all in benefit to
the kids of Stonegate.

A Message from Our
President
Thank you for coming out tonight and supporting Stonegate
Elementary Annual Silent Auction! Stonegate Elementary is a very
special place for your child to grow and learn. As the poor economy
continues to squeeze our school's budget, the support and programs
that PTA can provide is more important than ever!
It is fundraisers such as the Silent Auction that enables PTA to
supply music for Kindergarten through 3rd graders, fund technology
needs for the school, provide additional health clerk hours when your
child is ill or injured, and subsidize field trip transportation - among so
many other things.
There are many wonderful local businesses that have gone out
of their way to support Stonegate students. Please look for the Wall of
Thanks highlighting those local companies that have generously
donated to this year's event. Next time you visit one of these
businesses, please extend your thanks to them for supporting your
child and our school!
I would like to extend a very special thank you to our Silent
Auction co-chairs, Felicia Choi and Lety Villarreal who made this entire
evening possible. They, like so many other PTA volunteers, have given
a great amount of their time and talents to putting together this night
for the benefit of the school and every child in it.
Enjoy this wonderful evening, say hello to old friends and make
new ones, enjoy a delicious meal and open your heart and wallet to
help support all the wonderful programs that make Stonegate

Auction Rules
Please review the fabulous items available for bid in this
program and BRING THIS PROGRAM WITH YOU!!
For raffle auctions, all raffle tickets will be placed in a
container from which one ticket (or number of raffles
designated) will be drawn. Items will be delivered
immediately.
Each item in the silent auction will have a bid sheet in front
of it. Bids can be made by writing your name, contact info,
and the amount of your bid on the bid sheet. Once entered, a
bid cannot be removed. All bids are binding.
All minimum bids will be noted on the bid sheet and must be
observed.
No bid sheets may be removed from the tables except by
Auction staff at the appointed closing times.
The closing bid name and dollar bid written on the bid sheet
and circled by Auction staff is the winning bid.
Silent Auction Tables will begin closing with an
announcement at 7:20pm and will conclude at approximately
8:00pm.
The successful bidder must arrange payment by cash, check,
MasterCard, or Visa. Payment in full is required before
receiving the item. All sales are final.
With respect to goods or services sold at the auction,
Stonegate Elementary School PTA (a) makes no
representation or warranty of any kind, (b) is not liable for
injury to persons or property which may result, and (c)
assumes no responsibility for the authenticity or description
of any item donated.
Many of our auction items and services are donated with
special restrictions and/or conditions. It is each bidder‘s
responsibility to read the special restrictions and limitations
noted for each item as applicable.

removed that will not be represented in the program.
