BHEL –Bhopal required supplier of Multilayered Cross Laminated Polyethylene Film
1. BHEL Bhopal seeks Manufacturers for supplying Multilayered Cross Laminated
Polyethylene Film details as followes :a) Multilayered Cross Laminated Polyethylene Film of 70 GSM of 3660 mm
width x 50 meter long as per BHEL Specification No. AA 51420 (Rev. 02)
b) Multilayered Cross Laminated Polyethylene Film of 90 GSM of 3660 mm
width x 50 meter long as per BHEL Specification No. AA 51420 (Rev. 02).
Note :- Unit in Rolls :70 GSM :- MULTI LAYELRED CROSS LAMINATED POLYETHYLENE FILM OF 70 GSM TO SIZE
3660 MM WIDE X 50 METER LONG IN YELLO COLOUR WITH "BHEL" MONOGRAM ON EVERY
ONE METER LENGTH OF FILM. TWO VERTICAL HEAT SEALING WILL BE ACCEPTABLE AT THE
INTERVAL OF 1200 MM WIDTH PROVIDED TENSILE STRENGTH ACROSS HEAT SEALING JOINT
AS PER SPECN. NO. AA 51420 REV. 02.EACH FILM PAKED TO BE MARKED WITH RED/BLUE INK

GSM FOR EXPORT ON EVERY ONE METER LENGTH OF FILM. TWO VERTICAL HEAT SEALING
WILL BE ACCEPTABLE AT THE INTERVAL OF 1200 MM WIDTH PROVIDED TENSILE STRENGTH
ACROSS HEAT SEALING JOINT AS PER SPECN. NO. AA 51420 REV. 02.
2. With this , BHEL intends to short list the qualified parties for participating in the
tender for supply of above items.
3. All the new vendors, who are not registered with BHEL, Bhopal as per BHEL’s record
should submit duly filled up Registration Form which can be downloaded from BHEL
website –
“www.bhelbhopal.com/bhel_bhopal_vendor_registration.htm”
4. Based on the filled up Registration Form, BHEL shall assess the new vendors. If felt
necessary, BHEL may also collect business information about the vendor from other
independent agencies and BHEL’s representatives may visit to the vendor’s works for
further assessment and evaluation, if required.
Qualifying conditions :
Manufacturer should meet BHEL Specification No. AA 51420 (Rev. 02) – Copy enclosed
