Project Description:MA Assurance is one the product of Mumbai Apps. It provides the features to protect from loss and damage by

• Burglary of registered product.
• Loss/Damage to registered product due to fire.
• Loss/Damage to registered product due to accidental damage.
• Loss/Damage to registered product due to liquid/ water seepage in/on the product.
Claim process
• All claims should be reported to Mumbai Apps within 48 hrs. However, due to unavoidable reasons, if the
customer is not able to report the claim within 48 hours, it shall be at the sole discretion of Mumbai Apps or
the insurer to approve or reject a claim.
• Customer can download and fill up a form available online and can send it to Mumbai Apps or handover to
executive.
• Mumbai Apps or the insurer reserves the right to approve or reject any claim. Repair will be subject to
approval from Mumbai Apps or insurer or any other party appointed by insurer to verify the claim.
