Like most counties in the devolved system in
Kenya, one of the major concern for Kwale County
remains how to ensure accountable management
of the county resources. One of these resources is
the County vehicles which serve various functions
in the county. Concerned about the safety and
efficiency of these vehicles, the County Secretary of
Kwale, Mr Martin Mwaro wanted to find a solution
that allows the monitoring and coordination of all
county vehicles from one command center. After
an in-depth research on tracking solutions, the
County Management decided to bring in Soulco

T23 tracking device and M1 Fleet monitoring

Solution Description
Traditionally, vehicle tracking has required large
investments and elaborate server based setups that are
beyond the budgets of counties that do not have thousands
of vehicles to track. Tramigo took advantage of the
infrastructure already present in the county by
communicating location via the GSM network and the M1
fleet tracking software.
