TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These rules govern the Country On The River Street Team Program (the "Street Team") being
conducted by Townsquare Media, Inc.(“TSM”) beginning on January 27, 2016 and ending on
August, 2016 at 11:50 pm PT.
1. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
To participate in the Street Team, potential applicants must fill out the application form located at
http://countryontheriver.com/join-the-country-on-the-river-street-team/ to be considered. Once an
application is reviewed by TSM, an accepted participant (a “Participant”) will receive a unique
tracking code and further specific instructions via email. When a Participant refers a friend and
that friend purchases tickets to the Country On The River using the Participant’s unique referral
code, the friend will receive a $5.00 discount (per ticket) and the Participant will earn one (1)
credit per ticket sold with such referral code. Participants are encouraged to distribute their
unique code by any means necessary including e-mail, social media posts, word of mouth,
posting flyers around town, etc.
2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS
The Street Team is open to all persons who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of TSM, the
members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, sibling, or child) and those living in the
same household of each (whether related or not), are ineligible to participate. This promotion is
subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where
prohibited.
Participants are required to provide truthful information and TSM reserves the right to reject and
delete any account that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. TSM will disqualify any individuals
who do not meet the eligibility requirements. TSM also will disqualify any account that has been
opened by a person under the age of 18 or proven to not be in compliance with the TSM
Agreement Terms and Conditions.
3. PROMOTIONAL AWARD
Upon earning ten (10) credits, the Participant will receive one (1) GA ticket to the 2016 Country
on The River. Upon earning (30) credits, the Participant will receive four (4) GA to the 2016
Country on The River. Upon earning (50) credits, the Participant will receive four (4) GA tickets
and one (1) primitive campsite. Upon earning at least one hundred (100) credits and being the
highest earning participant in the Country on The River 2016 Street Team the participant will win
four (4) GA tickets with two (2) VIP upgrades, (4) Meet and Greet Passes and (1) primitive
campsite at the 2016 Country on The River. Tracking of tickets sold and credits earned will be
done through ELEVATE, TSM’s ticketing system. Once the Participant reaches a specific credit
level, they will be notified via email. Awards can be picked up at will call on site at the festival.
4. CONDITIONS
Decisions made by TSM management with respect to the Street Team are final.
Posting of participants’ unique codes is prohibited on Country on The River Facebook, Twitter,
Instagram and any official festival pages. Posting of code on pages will result in the code
becoming inactive.
The Street Team is governed by and subject to the laws of New York and the United States. All
federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. Street Team
award recipients will pay all applicable taxes and fees, if any.
By participating in the Street Team, a Participant agrees to have their name, voice, and likeness
used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to the Street Team without additional
financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such
consent prior to acceptance of the prize(s).
Prior to crediting the Street Team reward to Participants, TSM, in its sole discretion, may require
the Participant (and any travel companion(s) or guest(s)) to sign a liability release, agreeing to
release and hold harmless TSM, its officers and employees, member agencies, directors, agents
and representatives and all of their successors and assigns from and against any and all claims
or liability arising directly or indirectly from the Street Team reward and participation in the Street
Team promotion.
If for any reason this Street Team cannot be executed as planned, including, but not limited to, as
a result of infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical
failures, or any other causes beyond the control of TSM that corrupt or affect the security,
administration, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Street Team, or if the Street Team is
compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, TSM
reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Street Team. If the Street Team is terminated
before the original end date, those participating in the Street Team prior to the termination will still
be eligible to receive the Street Team reward as and when earned.
TSM, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the
application process or the operation of TSM, or the websites. Failure to comply with the rules of
the Street Team may result in an applicant's disqualification and/or forfeiture of any prize. If TSM
makes a good faith determination that cheating or fraudulent activity has occurred in connection
with the Participant, TSM reserves the right to disqualify that Participant from winning future
prizes and to prosecute and seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
TSM reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the Street Team, including, without
limitation, the substitution of an award of equivalent value, which will become effective upon
announcement. If due to circumstances beyond the control of TSM, any competition or awardrelated event or travel is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, TSM reserves the right,
but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the Street Team and shall not be required to award a
substitute award.
TSM is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the
administration of the Street Team, or in the announcement of a Street Team reward.
5. PRIVACY
By participating in the Country on The River Street Team, you agree that we may collect and use
information about you that you provide to us in accordance with our Privacy Policy. TSM respects
and is committed to protecting your privacy. Although we collect personally identifiable
information, we use this information solely for the purpose of processing applications and
managing the Street Team. Your information will never be sold, leased, transferred or traded.
