At Elbeco, we’re constantly researching and developing new fabrics, new technologies, new designs, and new constructions to
better meet our customers’ evolving needs.
We think our hard work has paid off. For example, our Response FR™ line has been certified to the highest standard in the
industry, and we’re introducing four new and innovative garments in this year’s catalog.
Ladies Choice™
We designed the Ladies Choice trouser from the ground up, exclusively for women. These trousers
combine a contoured waistband with side elastic, a curved hip, a reshaped seat, and a shortened
front rise to produce a great personal fit. With Ladies Choice, you’ll not only look and feel your best,
you’ll also perform your best. Look for the Ladies Choice logo in your favorite product lines,
including Prestige™, DutyMaxx™, TexTrop™, and TekTwill™.
DutyMaxx™
If you’ve ever had to hitch up your trousers, you’ll really appreciate what we’ve done with our DutyMaxx
trousers. The conventional “tunnel” waistband has a tendency to pull apart, especially under stress. Other
manufacturers use gimmicks to try to get around the problem, but Elbeco actually fixes it with our unique
DutyFit™ waistband. We developed a fabric with 14-percent stretch inherent to the material, providing
permanent increased range of movement and maximum comfort. The only place you can get the DutyFit
waistband is from Elbeco. We’re planning to incorporate it into many of our product lines.
Ufx™ Performance Tactical Polo
Elbeco’s Ufx Performance Tactical Polo combines high-tech fabric that will not shrink or fade with
superior design and appearance to create the industry’s most comfortable and functional duty shirt. Our
machine washable Ufx Polo is now available in three new colors—Red, Gray, and Spruce Green. Elbeco’s
Ufx Performance Tactical Polo is still available in Black, White, Dark Navy, and Tan. Dark Navy, White,
and Black also available in long sleeve.
Classic Prestige™
We also added Elbeco’s exclusive DutyFit™ waistband to our Classic Prestige trouser. And for the body of
these trousers, we developed a blend of polyester, rayon, and Lycra® to achieve a permanent 17-percent
stretch. The result of these two innovations is the market’s most comfortable trouser, and their serge
weave adds a luxurious appearance. This trouser is the perfect all season weight.

Fabric Technologies
Our Nano Moisture Wicking technology enhances fibers at the molecular
level so they do not wash out! Permanently captures and pulls fluids and
perspiration away from the skin and spreads it over the fabric surface area
for quick evaporation so you will feel dry and comfortable. Provides UV
40+ protection from the sun and protects the fabric from fading.
Our Nano Fluid Repellency technology enhances fibers at the molecular
level to permanently transform them while maintaining the natural
breathability of the fabric. Fluids will bead up and roll off the fabric so you
stay dry and comfortable. Provides UV 40+ protection from the sun and
protects the fabric from fading.
A performance synthetic micro-fiber fabric that provides four-way stretch
comfort with enhanced breathability, moisture wicking and anti-microbial
properties — for more intelligent base layering and polos.
Our permanent antimicrobial technology is created at the fiber level
to reduce bacteria that causes odor over time. It provides excellent
compatibility with the skin, excellent durability through multiple washings,
and is colorless and odorless.
A waterproof, breathable membrane that provides full protection against
rain, sleet and snow. Hiptex™ is bonded to the outer shell of our Summit™
outerwear to function as natural skin, preventing water penetration while
allowing breathability. You will not only stay dry, you will feel dry.
Response FR™ flame resistant fabric
93% NOMEX®® / 5% Kevlar®® / 2% P-140 Carbon
This permanent flame resistant, anti-static material offers selfextinguishing characteristics for use in situations where flammability and
radiant heat are concerns. The fabric has been designed to prevent melting,
burning or dripping. Though woven for strength and protection, the fabric
offers flexibility for jobs requiring quick and sudden movement. Machine
washable. Durability, improved comfort and better color retention than
cotton blends.

An impressive coordinated color match between shirts
and trousers provides for a rich appearance and a

How to Measure using a cloth tape measure
Neck size
Wrap the measuring tape around the
neck where a shirt is usually buttoned,
snug but not too tight (leave enough
room to get one finger under tape)
Arm length
With the person’s hand on their hip,
measure from the center of the back
neck, across shoulder and over the end
of the elbow to the bend of the wrist.
Blousecoats: measure from shoulder to
the bend of the wrist
Chest
1” below arm, measure around the
chest, snug but not too tight

Measure under arms and across the
shoulder blades at the fullest part of the
bust
Waist
Measure over shirt (not over trouser)
at the height you wear your trousers;
wrap measuring tape around waist,
snug but not too tight (leave enough
room to get two fingers under the tape)
Hip
Measure 5” down from waist
measurement, around hips
Seat
Measure snugly at the fullest part of
the seat
Inseam
Measure the inseam of an existing
trouser that fits you well; measure from
inside crotch to inside bottom edge
Torso circumference
Measure from high point on shoulder
around back, under crotch and up to
starting point on shoulder
