Elisabetta Scosceria
Director of the Legal Department for Gruppo FS Italiane.
She was born in Rome in 1967.
She graduated in Law from La Sapienza University of Roma.
She practised law for around 6 years, during which time she was secretary to the Board of
Directors and appointed as Liquidator for a number of companies owned by Gepi S.p.A.
She worked in the Legal Department at IRI - Istituto per la Ricostruzione Industriale S.p.A.
[Institute for Industrial Reconstruction] and in the Legal & Corporate Affairs Department at
FINMECCANICA S.p.A from 2001.
In 2003 she joined the Legal Department at Ferrovie dello Stato.
In November 2011 she was appointed as Director of Legal and Corporate Affairs for
TRENITALIA S.p.A. She became Director of the Legal Department for Ferrovie dello Stato
Italiane S.p.A. in July 2014.
She is a Board Member for Italferr S.p.A. and Member of the Supervisory Board for
Netinera DL GmbH andTX Logistik AG.
She has also been Board Member for Trenord S.r.l. and Member of the Supervisory Board
for Netinera Immobilien GmbH.
